Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY: Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours will result in a $40 surcharge. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a last minute cancellation. No-Show Appointments will result in 100% charge of the service(s). You hereby agree to Sugar Wax LA LLC & Sugar Wax LA Inc. and its policies. All services are non-refundable.
